All about McKenna Grammol.
McKenna Gramoll is an account executive at McPherson Strategies, where she develops and executes communication strategies that deliver compelling results for social impact clients. In her role, McKenna drives every project over the finish line by balancing creativity, forward-thinking and insight into how each detail nets meaningful impact.
Prior to joining McPherson Strategies, McKenna built an expertise in research, storytelling and brand positioning while working for clients both large and small -- from Fortune 500 companies to technology and social enterprise startups. She oversaw executive visibility strategies and supported corporate thought leadership for clients at high-level events, including the World Economic Forum, SXSW, Aspen Ideas Festival, EuroScience Open Forum and more.
McKenna’s interest in driving action around social issues stems from an undergraduate career in sexual assault prevention and public health communication. She played a pivotal role in delivering evidence-based prevention to over 5,000 students annually and learned how to craft messages that facilitate real-world change.
McKenna graduated from University of Wisconsin--Madison’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication with a degree in Strategic Communications and a minor in French. Outside of work, McKenna is barre and kickboxing-obsessed, an avid traveler and probably overdue on library books.
