All about Simone Alexander.
Simone Alexander brings a unique mix of experience in program and audience development, project management and process implementation. She has worked with a slew of nonprofits and startups in a variety of roles including traditional project management, social media, event planning and launching new initiatives.
Simone enjoys building innovative communities that bridge people from different industries and/sectors. She sits on the board of Folklore Futur, a rural artist retreat and creativity hub. Her new project Oleada is an exploration of cross-cultural civic and artistic community building while reclaiming the way we use physical spaces.
Previously, Simone worked at Endeavor where she managed marketing and communications for the book tour of "Crazy is a Compliment." Prior to that, she worked at TED Conferences where she launched and managed the TED Fellows Program, ran the TED Book Club and onsite book store, and managed the Associate Membership Program.
