All about Ellen Gilcrest.
Ellie Rogalinski is an Account Executive at McPherson Strategies, where she focuses on amplifying strategic communications within the social impact space.
Prior to joining McPherson Strategies, Ellie worked as a Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator, where she led efforts surrounding workforce development, community engagement, and corporate communications. Her dedication and contributions were recognized by the non-profit, She Built This City with their 2023 Change Maker Award.
Ellie also brings experience in social media management, event planning, and marketing design. She began her communications career in a true Wisconsinite fashion, working with the Culture & Communication team at Grande Cheese Company. It was during her time there that her passion for community-driven work was initially sparked. Rooted in a profound desire to effect tangible positive change, Ellie channels her enthusiasm towards promoting equitable access to quality education and healthcare.
Ellie holds a Bachelor’s from the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse in Organizational and Professional Communication with minors in Digital Media Design and International Studies. Outside of work, she loves to travel, attend concerts, and do yoga at the Whitewater Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
