Defining CSR Leadership with Salesforce.org
McPherson Strategies developed and conducted a benchmark assessment to better understand where Salesforce.org stands in comparison to peers in terms of both the impact the organization is creating and the way it approaches impact measurement. We performed a landscape analysis with 19 companies and conducted 26 stakeholder interviews to identify opportunities, develop actionable recommendations and create a roadmap for an internal and external communications strategy. We also conducted deep research on transparency and measurement in the corporate philanthropy space, which helped inform Saleforce’s approach to valuing and articulating its impact.
